Well, we were trying to go to London Fish and Chips in Cary, but they were closed despite a hand written posting of their holiday hours that said they would be open. The first time we arrived, at 2:20, we figured they closed earlier than their promised 2:30 time. OK, that was fine. However, when we came back after 5:00, the next time they were supposed to be open for dinner service, they were closed again.
Each time, there were people standing around the front of the building contemplating and re-reading the posted hours in an attempt to see where they had gone wrong. This was the first visit for many of these people too. It looks like LF&C missed an opportunity. I wonder if they are always this way?

What a bummer! Do you think it's worth it to go back and try again? I've never heard of the place, but you know sometimes the food is so good, it's worth the extra trip!
